DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Traveling South Bound:
Dufferin St. Gates: Heading south on Dufferin St., pass through the Dufferin Gates. Dufferin St. turns into British Columbia Road South. The Liberty Grand is across from Medieval Times. At the lights, Turn right into the Liberty Grand parking lot.
Traveling Westbound:
Lakeshore Blvd. West (past the Princess Gates) Turn right onto British Columbia Rd. (2 sets of lights past Strachan). Turn left at first set of lights into the parking for the Liberty Grand.
Traveling Eastbound:
Lakeshore Blvd. East. Merge into the left lane after the Jameson exit from the Gardiner Expressway. This lane leads directly into British Columbia Rd. Turn left at first set of lights on the exhibition grounds for the Liberty Grand parking lot.

JAZBRICK has selected the Liberty Grand complex for the JAZBRICK FORUM 2009. The Liberty Grand Complex is prominently situated on the Exhibition Grounds in downtown Toronto with a magnificent lakefront view. Constructed in 1926, this building has an impressive heritage. The building exudes an ambiance of style and refined beauty unparalleled in Toronto. The restorations feature details of the 1920's splendor and status. Atmosphere, grandeur and uncompromising quality.

The JAZBRICK FORUM 2009 promises to be a spectacular event featuring the exceptional culinary tastes of Executive Chef Daniel Ponte.
Upon completion of his apprenticeship Chef Ponte spent 5 years as a main kitchen sous chef at the renowned Fairmont Royal York in Toronto. He then moved on to the Westin Harbour Castle as restaurant sous chef and later worked as an executive chef at the Old Mill Inn. Chef Ponte was also the executive sous chef at the distinguished Hilton Hotel. Along with Chef Michael Ewing, Chef Ponte helped to establish the kitchen at the Liberity Grand Entertainment Complex when Liberity Entertainment Group attained the property in 2001. His various roles and positions over the past 20 years have given Chef Ponte a unique perspective on food preparation and all of his experiences have enabled Chef Ponte to perfect his craft and become one of Toronto's most notable chefs.
